The measurement and demarcation of the site are carried out by the district inspector of land records Ahmadabad. The site can accommodate two runways of 2910 meters and 4000 meters with parallel taxiways. Airport Authority of India has prepared the feasibility report detailed project report and environmental impact assessment. Japan's international cooperation agency has also prepared and submitted a detailed project survey independently. DELHI-MUMBAI INDUSTRIAL CORRIDOR CORPORATION  LIMITED. has an equity stake in Dholera International Airport Company Limited. The project will be developed in PPP mode adhering to the guidelines of the Greenfield Airport policy. Dholera International Airport Company Limited is also planning for an aviation zone and MRO hub. Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC)




Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor is a project between India’s financial capital Mumbai and Capital Delhi. Japan and India’s Governments signed the MOU of DMIC Project in December 2006. The cost of the project is $90 billion and it is the largest infrastructure project in the world. Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor Project developed across six states of India.

Dholera Activation Area


Gujarat Industrial Development Board (GIDB) and the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) signed MOU for industrial park well-known Activation area. The L&T Company gets a 1734 CR contract. The activation zone is around 22.5 sq kilometers within TP-2 in Dholera Smart City. The capital of the Gujarat state is spread across 44 sq kilometers, so the activation area is almost half of Gandhinagar the capital of Gujarat. The activation area includes commercial, industrial and residential lands. Approximately 72 kilometers of roads built in the activation area. The industrial park is well connected to NH-6 in the north of the site.

Development Area


The total development area of Dholera Industrial Park is 4.25% Dholera Special Investment Region and generates more than 75.000 employment and 1.2L of populations. Approximately 80% of land in the activation area owned by the government so it will trigger investors and industrialists to invest in the Dholera Project.
