Dholera Activation Zone, Dholera Industrial Park



Dholera Activation Area


Gujarat Industrial Development Board (GIDB) and the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) signed MOU for industrial park well-known Activation area. The L&T Company gets a 1734 CR contract. The activation zone is around 22.5 sq kilometers within TP-2 in Dholera Smart City. The capital of the Gujarat state is spread across 44 sq kilometers, so the activation area is almost half of Gandhinagar the capital of Gujarat. The activation area includes commercial, industrial and residential lands. Approximately 72 kilometers of roads built in the activation area. The industrial park is well connected to NH-6 in the north of the site.

Development Area


The total development area of Dholera Industrial Park is 4.25% Dholera Special Investment Region and generates more than 75.000 employment and 1.2L of populations. Approximately 80% of land in the activation area owned by the government so it will trigger investors and industrialists to invest in the Dholera Project. There are many trunks infrastructure projects are in progress to develop the activation area.

Smart Infrastructure:-  It is base on the Plug and Play Model


Roads & Services­:- Total 72 kilometers roads are going to construct with dedicated cycle track, Green Pedestrian Pathway, traffic management, and real-time information. All roads are Dig-free. Roads are well secured with integrated Signal systems, emergency management, and security and surveillance.


Electricity:- The Activation Area has underground electricity lines network with a dual circuit transmission line, renewable energy solar and real-time information. All area has LED Street light.


Potable Water:-  The main water source is the Narmada Saurashtra branch canal. The industrial zone has 50 MLD Pure Water treatments Plan, 85 KM pipelines.


Water Recycling:-  The Dholera Smart City has a hundred percent wastewater collection mechanism and a hundred percent recycling of collected water. Recycle wastewater distribution pipelines are spread approximately 85 KM.


Solid Waste:- The Dholera Special Investment Region has Twin Bin System. 100% waste collection. Plants for biodegradable waste. Energy Plants to convert waste to energy. The smart city also cleaned with Street sweeping. Recycling plants for waste.  Best GPS enable vehicle tracking system.





All and above Dholera Smart city has Pollution Sensor, Traffic Sensor, Smart grid Sensors, Leak detection Sensor and many more.
